PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

When a house is closed for a long period of time, there may be many unforeseen: accumulation of rainwater, drainages blocked, electrical faults, broken blinds and shutters, vandalism, pests, etc. Our job is to prevent as far as possible these unforeseen by visiting to your house.

BB REAL ESTATE with over 10 years experience in the maintenance of properties in Marbella will help you to rest knowing that your investment is in good hands because what our customers value most is having someone available 7 days a week if a problem occurs in their property.

BASIC Maintenance Pack – €30 + VAT / monthly:

  • Key holding and monthly inspection of the property.

STANDARD Maintenance Pack – Between 40€ and 100€ + VAT / monthly, including:

  • Key holding and fortnightly inspections of the property.
  • Collection of mail.
  • Check of water, electricity and gas supplies.
  • Check of electrical appliances, plugs and lights.
  • Ventilation of the house, check of the drainage system and flushing of toilets to avoid unwanted smells and blockages.
  • Immediate contact of the owner in case of finding any defect in order to prevent and minimize damages and additional costs.
  • Pre and post cleaning and laundry service if required (additional cost).

PREMIUM Maintenance Pack – Between €60 and €150 + VAT / monthly, in addition to all the above services it includes:

  • Watering plants indoor and outdoor.
  • Assistance with administrative issues (payment of taxes, community receipts, insurance, electricity, water, etc.).
  • Connections of electricity, water, gas and other supplies.
  • Reception of furniture or shopping in your absence.
  • Welcome guests and tenants.
  • Welcome Packages (additional cost).
  • Telephone number for your alarm company.

*** please note that the minimum contract period is 6 months.

*** we offer a 10% discount on yearly contracts and upfront semi-annual payment for all our clients.

For your convenience we also offer other services that can be added to your “tailor made” maintenance pack, including:

  • Gardening and pool maintenance.
  • Organization of technicians such as electricians, plumbers, TV, telephone and air con engineers, kitchen appliances, locksmiths, etc.
  • Other repairs and maintenance works (painting and decorating, small reforms, upholstery, aluminium and wood carpenters, etc.)
  • Fumigation and pest control treatments.
  • Insurance policies.
  • Babysitting.

Shopping at cost + €25 / service VAT included

Babysitting €15 / hour VAT included
