To market your property we shall require a copy of the following documents that the Junta de Andalucía obliges to provide to potential buyers:
- Nota Simple o Escrituras (title deeds).
- Local taxes: IBI and rubbish bill.
- Community charges.
- Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
If you have a plan of your property, please provide it as this shall be helpful also.
Post-Sales Services
- Registering contracts for the supply of water, electricity, gas, telephone, etc. as well as direct debiting of utilities bills.
- Direct Debiting of local taxes (IBI and rubbish tax).
- Property Management.
